No. Federal law prohibits a landlord from retaliating against anyone who sues for discrimination. A landlord cannot do anything in response to you suing for discrimination: He cannot raise your rent, evict you, fine you, take away your parking space, or do anything else that is punitive.  This is true even if you were to lose your lawsuit.  Courts want people to sue for discrimination without having to worry about what will happen if they lose the case.  The law is there to protect you, not hurt you.
